I WANT TO OPEN A ACCONT AND AFTER GIVING ALL DETAILS THEN ASLO THE BANK EMLOYEE IS NOT OPENING THE ACCOUNT , HE IS SAYING THAT WE MUST HAVE A ELECTRICITY BILL AND TELEPHONE BILL IN OUR OWN NAME BUT THIS IS NOT THE REQUIREMENT SO CAN I FILL A RTI AGAINT THAT PLEASE LET ME KNOW

please visit website of the same bank...and find out documents for open an accont

also direct met the branch manager for the same....but you have to follow banks nome for the same...may be some alternet documents can help you

You should provide documentary proof of your residence and your own identity to the bank, in addition to introducer who should have a/c with that bank older than 6 months. Despite providing all these, if bank is not opening a/c you should first contact branch head and then scale up the issue by referring:
