ROW Permission Awaited since 2 years hi, I have applied in Zila Parishad, muzaffarpur,Bihar for ROW Permission for OFC work 2 yrs back, for this i already paid 1.75 lac to zila parishad as per their official Demand note. But still they are not providing the permission/ NOC letter for the same. Please suggest, what i do. Faisal
