DEAR SIR,

This is A.Yakub Hussain penning with a dis-satisfaction due to the poor response given from your
executives regarding INDIA DARSHAN card # 1922 1213 9232 3912.

Please find the below points which was made hidden by your executives before I received the card.

1. They didn’t tell me Apr to June will be a Restricted period for booking the hotel before I receive
the card. (since I can avail the vacation only during my children 's summer vocation)

2. For children 's above 7 years of age – Bed charges Extra & addition deposit of Non refundable
amount of Rs 500/- was not instructed to me before I receive the card

3. Regarding the Electronics items offer – croma is having discount offer only up to June’12 which
is a bluff (because I receive the card on july’12 only)

4. For Grocery Items they told Big bazaar is offering 30 % but when I approached big bazaar they
told this card is not valid here.

5. For Garments they are not having offers at pothys, Chennai silks, Nalli, which is of no use having
this card

6. And Food coupons are given for Pizza huts or Dominozz for which the discounts are already
given by them – why I have to use your card when they are already given the discount.

7. Gold & Ornaments are valid in Delhi metroe’s – Is it possible to fly to delhi for availing your
Discount.

The above all points reveals that you have cheated me with no advantages on this card. So
I request your good offices to return my amount (Rs 5500 /-) . Awaiting for your response.

I will return your properties to your mailing address.
