Is permission must for leaving station headquarter by head of the department in the Govt of Haryana?
Dear friends/Experts,
Kindly provide the relevant rule/instructions which mandates that head of the Haryana government department in District headquarter need permission to leave station whenever he/she leaves the same.
Kindly quote the relevant rule/instruction or court order if it is there. This information is needed to nail corrupt officers who think themselves above the law and are seldom available to public on account of irregular visits to their offices.
