If the Order is silent on TIME LIMIT for providing Information , waiting for more than 3 weeks will be a waste of time , unless you have been assured by the PIO .

Multiple user ids are not allowed on the portal.
Confirm which user id you want to retain by 12 midnight tonight (03 Aug 2012)
Failure to do so will lead to banning of both the user ids.
