Cash carring capacity of person on the time of train journy.
In first case how many cash will be carried by a person if he is Income Tax return payer.
In second case how many cash will be carried by a person if he is not income tax payer.

I do not think there is any limit like this, provided you are able to justify this cash amount if caught by police or Income Tax dept.
