I stay at Baidyabati,Dist Hooghly,Westbengal.Last 18 months I wrote several letters to Chairman Baidyabati municipality,but Chairman (He is from TMC),is least bother to reply any of my letter.
So,just 5 months back I started sending same querry through RTI 2006.I now followed all procedure.
First I applied with 10 Rs court fees,to APIO/PIO,then after 31 days I wrote to Applelate Authority.Now 75 days have passed,no reply from any body.
IS THIS CALLED RTI 2006.I HAVE NO FAITH IN THIS.

Under RTI, you can only ask for "information". Please read Sec 2(f), 2(i) and 2(j) of the RTI Act 2005.
