On Record Copies to get Information

I have given written complaint dated 23/07/2008 in Branch,Zonal Office and HeadOffice , but i have receieved reply after 1.6 years until this issue is address to FM of India. I have asked with Bank on delay the below reply has given to me
Reply from bank:
1. It is true that the Bank could not communicate directly in writing immediately. As per RBI norms, customer complaints are to be replied within a month from the date of receipt of the complaint. In the present instance, the developments were kept informed by the branch within the time frame from time to time orally based on which you have approached different forums seeking for settlement of the issue in your favour. We would also like to mention that Banking Ombudsman addressed a letter to you on 27.11.2009 wherein our version was also enclosed. Further, we inform that we have sent a written communication to you, vide our letter dated 17.03.2010.

Please help me wrtting RTI application in getting the on record copies for the above point reply given by Bank.

You can seek certified photocopies of all papers on this subject held by bank [branch/zo/ho] etc.
