RTI IN U.P. TO DIE SOON
In my view the functioning of State Information Commission of Uttar Pradesh is far away from the spirit of the RTI Act. Though it has 9 Information Commissioners (the office of Chief Information Commissioner is lying vacant after the removal of Justice M. A. Khan by H.E. The Governor of U.P.) and are being paid salary for their full time work. But I presume they work in two shifts.
