Claiming compensation from the PIO

Today we have read in Times of India that the CIC admitted the claim of the appellant for compensation u/s 19 (8)(b). It is not new. I have already claimed and received a compensation of Rs.2000 from the PIO cum Executive Engineer, HUDA, Faridabad on 9.5.08 for not supplying information within stipulated period of 30 days, which was awarded by the Haryana State Information Commission, Chandigarh.
