Our builder given us a genrator for society use. like lift &submersible pump power back up. but generator owner is builder. we can not sell generator. I am a relationship manager here. We have targets like any other stock firms. I was asked to sell insurance to client. I called all my clients but they were not interested. So our Assistant vice president sent us sms on everyone's cell that if we were unable to sell one insurance then we are suppose to buy it for ourselves or relatives or else he has a problem wit us. Is it legal and allowed to sms such thing to employees and pressurize to buy insurance for completing targets?
