My friend who has given the .ca final exams got the negative result in one subject.but he is sure abt his marks.when he approach institute for filing rti for his copies. Institute is telling we will give u copy for the said paper but before that u hv to provide us undertaking that after receiving copies u r .nt going to take any legal action again us ..is this correct....if yes then this right is not protecting us in any way .plz do comment on this situation...
