! Today, I heard a very strange happening regarding wrong usage and possession of a ration card. The lady who helps me in my work is from below the poverty line. Her husband is a drunk and beats her ruthlessly. To support his habit, he pledges whatever he finds in his house. This is not news but wait till you hear this one! He has pledged the ration card with a pawn broker for Rs. 800!! - Join Date Jun 2008
