Right To Information Act Is In Force Since 1995

The official web site of Director General Service Tax, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. Under the heading RTI Act have shown the RTI Act 2005 as the RTI Act 1995. One is not sure how can a department which is not aware about the date of enactment of Right To Information can provide correct and authentic information sought from it under the so called act.
