PF Dues- Journey so far

CSD-EPFO, New Delhi & Bandra (Mumbai) forwarded all Forms submitted by me to SRO_EPFO Kandivali(Mumbai). No response from SRO, Kandivali. Official phone numbers not attended / off the hook. CSD, New Delhi expressed helplessness. Applied to CAPIO, SRO, Kandivali under RTI Act thru CAPIO of Post Office. No response within 35 days. I then send First Appeal to RPFC-I of EPFO Thane (Mumbai), the Appealate Authority concerned and waiting for result in between a Reminder to CPIO Kandivali also evoked no response, (he also refused to talk on official mobile). My struggle with stone walls are on!

- If the time for disposal of First Appeal is over immediately go for second appeal to CIC with a prayer for penalising those responsible for denying you the info. Meanwhile you may also file a grievance on-line in the EPFO website. Kindly see my blog on EPF for further guidance.Posted 10-11-2008 at 08:43 PM by taurus
