Outstanding EPF dues

During 1973-75 I was employed in Hindustan Engineering Corp, Goregaon,Bombay. Then I joined BHEL, a PSU in New Delhi (But PF controlled from BHEL-Hardwar). I retired from ISG/ BHEL-Bangalore in 2004. During final settlement with BHEL I learnt that in spite of my request my Pf amount has not been transfered from Bombay firm (though BHEL had written for transfer). I am now persuing the matter with EPFO/ CSD-NewDelhi & Bandra (Mumbai).
For settlement I have submitted Form 13 & subsequently Form 19, 10C to SRO, Kandivali(Mumbai). But receive no response to regd. letter not even acknowledgement. Can any body advise me how to break this stone wall???

Kindly visit my blog on PF REFUND and also 'ANY THING PENDING WITH GOVT?". RTI is enacted for enabling citizen to break stone walls. All the best.Posted 07-27-2008 at 07:33 PM by jps50
- Now there are Many ways to break the Stone, just contact any media, give all your details, as soon as they flash such news or they just go for inquiry the system starts working just try once. See you will definatley get the result.Posted 11-15-2008 at 02:13 PM by Paras13
