Respected Sir,
I living in Goregaon(E).. In November 2011 Builder give an allotement slip and key of that room in building[SRA] to all public who was living in chaul. My room is also there in chaul i have all legally documents of before 1994. In my room some of area is there which is i sold to other person in 2005 but i dont give any written document to that person whom i sold that area of room.
Now Builder is saying that U remove that person from U R room then i will be Give U A ...

Through RTI can I know from EPF office that how I eligible for EPF if I am working in private school.

Dear Sir,

I am an Ex service Officer in the rank of Captain (Pay Band 3) in receipt of Disability Pension. I am in receipt of appointment as Auditor in O/O CAG, in Payband 1. Kindly let me know whether I am eligible for pay protection as per 5th pay commission recommendation, if so at what scale would be my pay protected?

I was file RTI Applications in the Department of PWD Jaipur (Rajasthan)Dated- 09/09/2011 regarding the delay in reconstruction of road between in Rampura- Beri,Distt.- Churu (Rajasthan) to Bahal, Distt.- Bhiwani (Haryana).

They dug almost 100% of roads in Rampura - Beri to Bahal couple of years(15 years) back and making delay to reconstruct. Road is missing and not founded in the Records.
