    There is a human error for measurement of our society plot situated at Rajkot,on Property card 1 st page shows the area admeasuring 256 sq mtrs and on the back side it shows 356 sq mtrs. I would like to know how can we make the necessary changes in the property card.

    The managing committee of co-operative group housing society distributes the bills after 15th and the members are compelled to pay the bills on or before 25th of the month. Some times the members are away from house and unable to pay the dues on time. The Society imposes interest and penalty ???

    Hi,
    Can anyone guide us how to get the information with the help of RTI Act from co-op. ho. society about below listed query:
    1. who is the owner of the flat
    2. is there any additional heirs for the same flat?
    3. is there any compulsion of NOC from legal heirs during transfer of flat?
    4. is there any compulsion on Society to contact legal heirs during transfer of the flat i.e. cross checking of NOC given by heirs

    We stay in a co-operative housing soicety in mumbai in a 26 storey tower. There are a some members/flat owners who conduct private tutions in their flats in our building. My cause of worry and concern is there is a huge amount of usage of the elevators due to the students who keep shuttling to and fro on several floors which is resulting in surge in our Electricity Bills (say oneway cost incurred Rs.11 per floor everytime the elevator moves.     there are four of us.
    we have purchased flats in a building from the builder at different dates, however the society refuses to make us members.

    the co-operative society was already formed prior to my purchase but was not in power ie the builder was running the building and matters were handed over to the society a few months after i moved in.

My question is Im trying to seek information from the committee for the existing parking policy they have. They have denied it many times for the reasons best known to them.     I'm Yogesh Lokhande, my parents purchase a plot from vishvjit co-op housing society, nagpur in since 2004.
    But the secretory just give us a possession letter, he didn't give us sale-deed & he is not helpful in registry of our plot.
    We want make registry of that plot but vishvjit co-op housing society's secretory always answering us, "Registry are closed, it will start later". But how much time we need to wait for our plot registry I ...
