Hi,
I went to gurgaon post office dept. and met a gazzeted officer.
When i asked him to attest my certificates, he said he don't want to attest, when i asked about the reason he said he is not answerable to me and there need not be any reason of not attesting the certificates.

I want to know, if this can be escalated or not.
My university is asking me to submit attested certificates, and here gazzetted officers are not attesting certificates.

I applied for the details of natural rubber export from India for the year 2006-07. They gave me 360 pages which contains blank pages, nil report, copies of covering letters etc. By compiling the data we can't tally the quantity of monthly export or total quantity of export by the exporters.

I have completed my final year of engineering B.Tech and college administration had kept my School Leaving certificate with them and they are telling that they will provide me the college leaving certificate. So, my question is the college can keep with it the school leaving certificate of students?

I HAVE SEEN IN MANY OFFICES THAT WHEN EVER ASKED FOR SOME INFORMATION ABOUT ANYTHING THEY PROVIDE WRONG INFORMATION OR NEVER. THIS EFECTS THE FUIRTHUR PROCEEDINGS OF THE JOB OF AN INDIVIDUALS. IN SOME OFFICES THEY PROVIDE INFORMATION TO THOSE ONLY CLOSE OR HELP THE OFFICIALS TO CORRUPT. THIS IS COMMON NOWADAYS. I MY SELF HAVE EXPERIENCE.
