I applied for the details of natural rubber export from India for the year 2006-07. They gave me 360 pages which contains blank pages, nil report, copies of covering letters etc. By compiling the data we can't tally the quantity of monthly export or total quantity of export by the exporters.

I was file RTI Applications in the Department of PWD Jaipur (Rajasthan)Dated- 09/09/2011 regarding the delay in reconstruction of road between in Rampura- Beri,Distt.- Churu (Rajasthan) to Bahal, Distt.- Bhiwani (Haryana).

They dug almost 100% of roads in Rampura - Beri to Bahal couple of years(15 years) back and making delay to reconstruct. Road is missing and not founded in the Records.

1) When we file FA with FAA which is zonal commissioner, they call applicants to be present physically and conduct hearing like info commissioner in 2nd appeals.


When there is no response from PIO and applicant file FA, what is the necessity of the applicant to be present. It should be between PIO and concerned FAA for not responding.

Sub; illegal factories in residential areas

there are many factories running in residential areas like tri nagar. which were supposed to be sealed in year 2005 under the act and statement of supreme court but no action is taken by these authorities.. insteed of this number of factories fron 2005 to 2012 is increased to 300 percent and still no action is proceeded till today..the residential dialy problem is raised to the top. pollution is also increased to the peak. these industries ...

Thanks to all our Senior members for their expert advice, My Income tax refund was balance from last 3 years, even my CA was fed up from the Income Tax Authorities and showed his inabiliity to tackle these guys........

Then I filed RTI to the Income Tax Dept, within 15 days received call from Income tax office that my Refund has been creditied to my Bank A/c.
