With whom should we make a second appeal when our request to get fmb of land through RTI is not answered in 30 days

I COMPLAINED FOR RELEASING MY DUE PAYMENT OF SALARY FROM M/S NAWAZ CONSTRUCTION CO. IN MONTH OF JUNE 2012 BUT NOT ACTION IS TAKEN.

I know that I have to submit all the copies to the CIC for a second appeal. But is it really necessary to submit copies to CPIO and FAA again?

I just want to keep it simple. Any comment will be welcome.

I have done first appeal on Date: 16-04-2012 but till dated i have not received any Reply for the First Appeal.
Let me know after how many Days i have to do Second Appeal and the Format for it.

The reading of s. 19(9) includes right to appeal on the decision conveyed to the parties. Such an appeal need to be decided u/s 19(10). So in my opinion the order of SIC/CIC can be reviewed by the commission u/s 19(10).
So in my opinion the appellants before approaching the Highcourt by way of writ, a costly affair can seek review of the SIC/CIC decision.

Hello all,

I have done an RTI in Gujarat, Not received proper information, so, I filed 1st appeal, and as expected, not received proper information from there too., So, I have to file 2nd appeal as well as complain, as information provided is not only deficient, but false too..!!

My question is, Can my lawyer, or legal representative remain present instead of me at 2nd appeal in state information commission.?

@rtiindia - Are the CIC authorities competent enough to nullify the existence of Section 23 of the RTI act at their own discretion? Such act of the Commission would tantamount to violation of Section 27 and 29 and also allow the CIC authorities for indiscriminate functioning and pronouncing arbitrary decision, not based on the appeal of the appellant.

I was born in pujab(pathancoat) when my father was in army.....Iam from a maharashtrian family...and dont have birth certificate & iam at 19(age)....so iam facing problems in getting domicile & so nationality...please suggest me something to get this...
