Hope you have seen Mr.Shailesh Gandhiy's latest orders that in case of death of an RTI applicant it is obligatory on Public Authority to put the information sought by him on public domain. I am surprised as to how it took 4 years for the CIC to grasp the issue brought out by me before the then CIC WH.
