If the time for disposal of First Appeal is over immediately go for second appeal to CIC with a prayer for penalising those responsible for denying you the info. Meanwhile you may also file a grievance on-line in the EPFO website. Kindly see my blog on EPF for further guidance.

If Your Co-operative Society is not Government Aided then It will not fall under RTI Act. Secondly, your Society's Chairman/Secretary and Treasurer must have given you and all other member an "Indemnity Bond" latest by 30-07-2008 under Maharashtra Co-operative Society's Act.
You can Make complaint to Dy. Registrar Co-operative Society or Directly Go in Co-operative Court.

i had applied for passport in Aug 2007.2 times police verification had been done . i have visited there four times.they always say "we will do". Still i m unable to get passport.what shud i do.
