Hi, I applied for the transfer of my old EPF account in EPFO, South Delhi to my present establishment, which is an exempted establishment (Tata provident fund) under EPFO, Bandra, Mumbai. The Claim Status Information in the EPF India website is showing the following mssage: Claim Form 13 for Account Transfer AGAINST Member Account No (DSNHP00252560000007996) has been settled. Annexure K and Payment sent through cheque No 613792 dated 22.02.2013 Today when I inquired with my present establishment, I got an reply from the concerned authority that the money amounting Rs. *****/- has been credited to my present EPF account on 15.03.2013 and the same was updated in the record. But I haven't got any copy of Annexure K. When I inquired with my present establishment, they says that it is with the establishment provident fund trust and I will not get it. My question is: shouldn't I get a copy of the Annexure K?

Thats Great... Thanks a bunch for providing me the info. Could you please help me out with the below aspects as well: 1. How to raise a complaint on copy of statements? Should these be raised to my previous old employer RPFC's(now that the transfer has begun) or should I raise it with current employer(RPFC). What is the process, whom to address, what needs to dicussed etc? 2. How should I raise the request to RTI to get a copy of ledger account. Again, with whose RPFC should I raise to?
1. It means that the details of amounts to be transferred has been received at the current EPFO office and the same is being processed. It may take about a month to finalise. 2. & 3. You will get an intimation from the EPFO about the amout transferred. 4. The amounts transferred will also be reflected in the next annual accounts statement issued to you by the EPFO. You can check that up with your own calculations. It is a serious matter that till date you have not received any EPF statment whatsoever so far from any of your employers. Please lodge a complaint with the concerned RPFC and ask for a copy of the statements ( even previous years'). You may also resort to RTI to get a copy of your ledger account as maintained by the RPFC.
It also happened with me, they say that 21 days after the booking the booking gets lapse and you have to re book.

I have initiated the transfer process at my current company.When I enquired with them if transfer has been completed,they sent me an acknowledgement which they received&have informed that they would not be responsible or would know if the transfer has been completed.& suggested me to reach out to the PF office directly.I tried getting the status by checking online using my both previous PF account numbers & it showed no result found.Later I tried checking using my current PF account & it said "Your transfer in details for crediting new account has been received and the same is under process". - Could you please help me understand what this means? - How would I know if the both PFs got added to my current account? - Will there be any intimation sent to me or my employer? - How would I know that the exact/correct amount got transferred without any discrepancy?Till date, I have not received any kind of PF statements from any of my employers & not sure how much amount got accumulated
Respected Sir, I living in Goregaon(E).. In November 2011 Builder give an allotement slip and key of that room in building[SRA] to all public who was living in chaul. My room is also there in chaul i have all legally documents of before 1994. In my room some of area is there which is i sold to other person in 2005 but i dont give any written document to that person whom i sold that area of room. Now Builder is saying that U remove that person from U R room then i will be Give U A Key of Room[Already i have allotement slip].....Everytime when i go in SRA office then that time meeting is set also at the time meeting that officer is talking nicely with those all public who had allotement is given but not given key yet. Also i saw that that all officer is doing fake drama of doing some action but practically not doing anything....... Reallly sir i harrashed..................Help me.....

Please contact the Bhandra office and show them the response received for your grievance. Ask them to expedite reply to Delhi office. You can also give a written application to this effect the RPFC, Bhandra(East) so that they act without forgetting. Even if they forget you can follow it up with an application under RTI. It will come in handy then.

I applied for the transfer of 2 old EPF accounts to my present establishment which is an exempted establishment. South Delhi EPFO initially started the processing. Now the status showing "Claim Form 13 for Transfer to new account number against old Member Account has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to address in your claim" I registered a grievance to know the reason for rejection. I got the following reply "This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number DELSO/E/2013/00893. It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s):Claim form 13 has been forwarded to RPFC, Bandra (East) vide letter dated 06.02.2013 for verification of member's particulars and specimen signature of the establishment. As soon as the claim form is received after verification the transfer will be effected" Till date I haven't received any rejection letter.Please let me know where should I follow up next.
