Dear All,

I am inquiring on behalf of all members of my society. All our flats in the building are in such a direction that the wind / breeze doesn't enter the homes ( all doors and windows open in the direction at right angles to the direction of the wind. Hence there is absolutely no ventilation in our flats. After discussing this in length with all the members, we have decided to create a new window in the master bedroom of each flat by breaking a wall. This will allow some breeze to enter inside our homes. This decision is acceptable to all members of our society. But by doing this, original look of the society building is going to change. Hence we need to know, whom to approach for the necessary permissions.
We are located in Thane West Ghodbunder Road.
Society is registered in the year 2002.
