For transparency and to check corruption,favoritism,improving efficiency of governance RTI ACT born.But the present act didn't solve the purpose of citizens.Some points give hindrance and giving an opportunity to play with the act.PIO are keeping motto to harass the applicant by delay.

1. 30 days is a beyond patience for an applicant to stay for getting information.
2. 99 % PIO are giving deniel reply.
3. If any body succed,it is in 2nd appeall or CIC doorstep.
