My view point on RTI

Thinking in a right direction and then putting it to action should be the soul objective of mankind. RTI is for both--those who seek information as a right and those who provide it in its right perspective. To deposit a sum of Rs 10/- as RTI fees is troublesome. If it is so necessary, an applicant shouild be able to pay it through Bank Debit Card so that on line RTI application can be filed. Today everybody has an ATM Card. It will save the time and money of speed post as well.
