Dear friends,

Please go through the following news article. Can anybody tell me according to RTI act, whether it is correct to direct the applicant (seeking information) to other organization to whom the work was outsourced. Is it not the organizations responsibility to dig and furnish all the information instead of making the applicant to run across doors.
