I am P.Jayasankar,
I request and i need a free legal support to said aside the contempt passed against me by the Tamilnadu, State information commissioner.

1) 1st i had sent complaint against the TNSIC, Chief information commissioner on the following dates 30.10.2010, 07.01.2011, 04.07.2011 to the Honb'le Governor of Tamilnadu.

2) 2ndly i made a representation dated 02.09.2011 to the PIO, office of the Governor, TN Chennai u/s 6(1) of RTI act 2005 to know what happened to the above complaint. No proper information from the PIO, than i made appeal u/s 19(1) to the Appellate authority. The appellate authority also not supplied sought information to me.

3) Finally i made a 2nd appeal u/s 19(3) of RTI ACT-2005 to the TNSIC, Chennai on 02.03.2012 for obtaining information. In the absence of me, with out any summon to me The state information commissioner had passed illegal order with out ordering the concerned PIO to supply the sought information in my representation dated 02.09.2011, but he had initiated contempt against me.

I hope that i will come out from the contempt initiated against me by our support.
