I am P.Jayasankar serving in the tamilnadu police department i have been placed under suspension more than 2years for asking information related to corruption committed by superior police officer's under RTI act. I made my 2nd appeal to the TNSIC conducted the enquiry in TNSIC, Chennai on 14.07.2010 and passed the following order,
