Respected Brother/Sister,

Can anybody let me know which income is considered for non-crymilayer certificate? Gross Income or Income after deduction of tax? If the 4.5 lakhs limit is not being reached after deducution of tax than????????

Secondly, the officers are asking for last three years of income tax return form 16. Now, the question is why 3 years instead the last year? and which year income is considered for non-crymilayer certificate?
