Thanks for the above advice. I hope it would really be of great help. Actually I applied in the prescribed format for re-evaluation but no success and I also made 2 applications for inspection of answer sheets under RTI Act - one thru' my son to the PIO, Assstt. Commissioner, KVS, Bhopal, and the other by myself to the PIO, Regional Officer, CBSE, Ajmer - both with DD of Rs.10/- as prescribed fees. Both the applications were disposed off stating confidentiality of results and that its exempted under the Act & was permitted to appeal to the first appellate authority, R.O., CBSE, Ajmer. That appeal also has been turned down now. My applications were simple and almost the same as upto para 4 of above advised format. Now pl advise further...Posted 08-16-2009 at 12:39 PM by karun_majumdar

Pl file second appeal by visiting
SECOND APPEAL GUIDE:

SECOND APPEAL FORMAT:
http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...ic-format.html
Pl peruse judgement of Calcutta High Court by visiting link mentioned in my blog and quote relevant portion in second appea. I understand that this judegement is now stayed by Supreme Court, but U can definitely quote same arguements in your appeal to CIC. Most probably SC will uphold Calcutta judgement.
