Dear sir, I filed a RTI on 23 FEB 2012, got reply on 12 march. I. Had asked about my exam marksheeet, CPIO replied my marksheet has been dispatched to your controllers to dispatch you (same reply since Nov 2011 for each RTI filed by many candidates). I filed First appeal on 21 march, FIRST APPELLATE AUTHORITY has passed an order on 31st march instructing both the CPIO and Controllers to dispatch my marksheet IMMEDIATELY.
