Provident Fund RTI Issue

I am a retired Officer of the State Bank of India,. I retired voluntarily on 08.02.2006. I have benn paid gratuity of Rs.3,50,000/- at the time of retirement. I came to know that the gratuity act was ammended by Government i.e the ceiling was removed and enhanced to Rs.10,00,000/-. I want to know whether it is applicable to me. And I heard something about Judgement delivered by honorable High court of Kerala I want to know about the judgement.
