Rti in nagaland

Dear Member Readers,
As you will be aware of the state of Nagaland situated in the north eastern part of India. The people of nagaland are less aware of the Act, never the less the Nagaland Government have been initiating avenues for the people to learn more about the act but i feel that will not reach the grass root level people, as such what stradegies should be adopted to let the act reach the masses. guidence in this regard should be highly valuable from all the members. thank you all!
