Delay in passport delivery

Kushal, let me clear one thing that what documents required for the inquiries into passport office , because last time when i visited the passport office ,lucknow they are asking that give all proofs of all documents what we are submitted up to now . But how is it possible that we have all profs of all documents . at present i have only file number what i got in police verification only . however i visited 10-15 times lucknow passport office . By procedure , all inquiries form submitted to the passport office , but they did not give any receiving for any inquiries .
