Sub: Pending PF against acc. No. 12617

This is with reference to unpaid amount of Provident Fund. Its being 2.5 years that I have left my job with ING Vysya Life Insurance Co. Ltd and since then I am struggling to get the pending pf. PF office transferred the partial amount of pf (app. 13000 Rs) to my account in November 2010 and rest of the amount is pending since then as the pf authorities while transferring the amount entered the incomplete account no due to which the amount did not come to my account. This mistake was disclosed to me by the pf authorities for which I have even presented the bank statement to my co. which was acting as a mediator.

After so many repeated calls and sending the legal notice to my organization (ING Vysya Life Insurance Co) and PF Authorities I was informed in june 2011 that I need to send the Re-authorization form, which will further take 3 months for getting the amount transferred to my account.

My organization (ING Vysya Life Insurance Co) has submitted the Re-authorisation form to PF office in Aug 2011 with the receiving of 29 Aug 2011 ( I have the copy of receiving of the same). Since then whenever I am enquiring about the pending amount on line there is no record found against my acc. No. None of the executives are answering the calls, they just transfer the calls to one or the another department stating that I have called the wrong extension. Despite of logging the call on line I have not received any mail nor any of their executive have given the call back.

Despite so many reminders to my organization I was told that amt. would get to my account in dec 2011, then I was told as pf office is getting renovated so I will get it in March 2012, then I was told that there so many pending cases my turn will come in may.

In this way I am being kicked of every time . Need help to get the issue resolved so that I can get my hard earn money back.
