there are lot of people who think that the information seeker is mad.
yesterday I went to Hisar (dist. of haryana) for filing first appeal to FAA, there I faced three people who are employees of CCS HAU Hisar, they started to quarrel with me that I can't obtain the copy of my typing test
answer sheet, One of them give me a example of a information seeker that many people (mad/faltu) come here for seeking different kind of information such as building consturction - contractor, total contract amount, cement, bricks etc. I replied that they don't know about RTI ACT they must read it, their answer was that I am ready to quarrel with the FAA, I again replied them that I am ready to quarrel with FAA authority but not with my tongue, I am ready to fight according to RTI Rules.
Am I right ?
