i recently filed RTI application seeking call details of the investigating officer in police case. the information was not provided citing it being personal? how could a public officer who is supposed to be on duty all the time (being police officer) and using a government provided mobile phone, claim call made/received to be personal and deny providing details of the same?
an apparantly fake letter from financial intelligence unit of ministry of finance is being used for pursuing investigation. i want to know how and to whom i should write using RTI to know the authenticity of the intelligence letter? please help
