I have purchased a TV in Videocon 'Bazooka' in the year 1998 with money back offer. They have given me a bond for Rs.15000/- and they will give back the money Rs.15000/- after 7 years. After 7 years I contacted the local dealer and they said to contact the Videocon company at Ahmedabad. I posted them and asked for the procedure to get back the money, but there was no reply from them. Kindly let me know if anything can be done through RTI.
