The Public Authority has now acted to return the Postal Orders/Demand Drafts by giving the reasons that the respective mode of payment is not as per the norms. i.e. Neither in the designation of PIO nor in the Accounts Officer. As the applicant do not know the designations, they are simply enclosing the Postal Order without indicating the designation or drawing the Demand Draft in favour of PIO instead of Accounts Officers, etc.
The Authority simply rejecting the applications on flimsy reasons. ...
