There are thousand Acts enacted in our parliament ,the question is whether those acts served the purpose?
Ours is a democracy with Lagislature,Judiciary,Executive and the press as four pillars.
I will like to ask you one question have you ever been to a police station to file an FIR?Your horror starts there.....,OIC shall not write your FIR normally......if he writes he shall write as suits to him not to you......OIC is an executive in our democracy.

TA/DA for attending 2nd Appeals

Whether TA/DA incurred is reimbursible to attend 2nd appeals.I have 3 second appeals pending with SIC,Orissa state and I have to travel 1200kms to attend.Can I claim TA/DA perticularly if my appeal sustains for which I am very optimistic.
