RTI an wonder tool when others not!

There are thousand Acts enacted in our parliament ,the question is whether those acts served the purpose?
Ours is a democracy with Lagislature,Judiciary,Executive and the press as four pillars.
I will like to ask you one question have you ever been to a police station to file an FIR?Your horror starts there.....,OIC shall not write your FIR normally......if he writes he shall write as suits to him not to you......OIC is an executive in our democracy.
You go to court,but hardly any one of us can go without an advocate.The advocate shall tell you what it is not,shall never tell you what it is!You don't know what is happening only when you came to know years have passed waiting for justice.
Let us talk about press if any they are at metro covering hardly less than 0.01% to the problems of common netizens of the country.Perticularly in interior where there is no press police,advocacy are all a monopoly to deliver not justice but injustice.
Let me not talk about our honorable legislatures!
In above factual scenerio ,RTI is undoubtedly a ray of hope but the citizens need to be informed as to its functionality and usefulness ,and simplicity to use.As of date people are thinking to deply an advocate for putting an application under RTI ACt!
RTI has penitrated to masses no doubt better than any other act enacted and serving its purpose properly.
let us think how same can be penitrated to larger sections of under privilaged masses living in interior of our country.
