Of late, certain "citizen" asks for info. under the Act.Once he has the info. he uses this info. to blackmail the "party- private organization/company" and gets paid.Thus, this has become his full time business and nuisance for the PIO. Gujarat High Court under the Single bench of Justice D.N.Patel has given a beautiful judgement which is worth reading. SCA 16073 of 2007.
