1] THE symbolic representation on EVM should not be allowed upto Zilla Parishad level elections.
2]EVM should be replaced with touch screen internet linked monitor so that the candidate photo withname will appear on screen.
3]The minimum representation of people age should be raised to 40 yrs and the minimum voting age should go up to 30 yrs.
4]There should be no restriction on individual election expenditure provided the candidate pre-declare the amount he will spend on election and have to deposit that amount in seperate bank a/c
