4 (Section 4)(1) a (1) b

The RTI ACT came in to force on 15 june 2005 according 4 (Section 4)(1) a (1) b (ii) (ix) (xvii) Every public authority should with in one hundred and twenty days from the enactment of act shall furnish the following information on the internet

1) particulars of the organization
2) directory of its officers and employees
3) name and designation of PIO and appellate authority
4) and up date information every year
but most of the organization has never updated the site for the past 2 years
some authorities don’t even bother to keep the information on the internet
the information provided on the internet is irrelevant to this year
in the above instance authorities are violation section 4 and its sub section
section 18 (1) for false and irrelevant information I would like to know on whom the action taken and to whom should I report
