Hello, I have filed Income tax refund for year 2009-2010 in range-12 hyderabad but did not received any inputs from department about my refund progress even after 1.5 yrs. Then i started following with range-12 office hyderabad and after multiple visits to the AYAKAR bhawan hyderabad, i was able to find that my case for refund is to be processed by Range-11 department of AC guards hyderabad and not by range-12 hyderabad and they will transfer my file from range 12 to range 11.
