• Notes, Notings, margin Notes, Audit Notes, etc. of CAG are disclosable.

In a full bench order (3 ICs) the CIC has ruled that Notes, Notings, Margin Notes, Audit Notes, etc. all constitute "information" as defined in Sec 2(f) of the RTI Act 2005 and are fully disclosable.

        Mohandas,

Important judgments of SIC and CIc are uploaded in the section "Appeals and Decisions"

        Appeals & decisions

About 5 pages of threads are there.

Also, if you visit home - RTI India: The Complete Information and Resourse Regarding Right to Information of India , our sister portal, you will find various judgments of High Courts related to RTI uploaded there. They are also very useful in arguing first and second appeals as well as for citation purposes.

(That sister portal is hosted on a separate server and therefore requires a separate registration)
