      My complaint case has been dismissed and an inquiry is being initiated by the Goa SCIC. However, the respondents adv, has pointed that I have not submitted an Affidavit. The SCIC has asked me to submit an Affidavit. Inquiry is u/s 18(1)(e).

      Is it necessary for an appellant to submit an affidavit?

      My query was
      Provide me all the papers in the file pertaining to the license bearing trade No.xxxx
      The license was processed in 1994 and issued in 1995 and all the papers provided to me r from 2005

      Can any body give a sample draft for it?
