Downloads: All rules regulations manuals records on website

The Punjab & Haryana High Court has ruled that as per Sec 4(1)(b)(v), all rules, regulations, manuals and records have to be uploaded on websites.

Members/guests will note that "record" has a very wide definition in Sec 2(i) of the RTI Act.

Members/Guests from Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh will find this HC judgment very useful. They can also use this judgment to enforce PAs to implement Sec 4(1)(a) in letter and spirit.

Members from other states can use this as a good citation and approach courts in their own States.
