APIC Notice for the Case No.: 12731/SIC-SPR/2011, Dt. 27.04.2013

I, Dr. T. Thirumal Rao, Assistant Professor of Physics in Kakatiya University feel happy to have received APIC Notice to attend the hearing on 21.05.2013 against the Second Appeal made in the month of Dec'2011 to the S.C.I.O., A.P.I.C., HACA Bhawan, Hyderabad.
A brief activity behind this development is accounted for below.
I have made two requests, Letters Dt. 27.09.2010 and 03.12.2010 to the P.I.O., Kakatiya University, Warangal, A.P., India and the corresponding two First Appeals, Letters Dt. 11.12.2010 and 24.01.2011 to the S.P.I.O, K.U. followed by two reminders.
The requests briefly are aspiring for one, the information of the regular selections conducted for the posts of Lecturer(Physics), Technicain(Electronics), Systems Incharge and Programmer during 1983 and 1993 and the other, the information of the Year-wise Part-Time Work load assigned to temporary teachers in Physics and the corresponding annual remuneration settled to their service from 1991-1992 onwards.
Having failed to receive any response from the University for more than an years time I posted a Second Appeal, Lr Dt. 24.12.2011 to the S.P.I.O., A.P.I.C., Hyderabad and then having waited for an year made a fresh third request, Lr Dt. 20.12.2012 consolidating the first two requests mentioned above and in want of some more additional data.
After two years of application, I am destined to receive reply letters Dt. 22.02.2013, 18.03,2013 and 30.03.2013. As the selection data of the regular posts is declined u/s 8(1)(e) & (j) of the R.T.I.Act,2005 and the information related to work load assignment and annual remuneration is found incomplete and irrelevant I once again made a Second Appeal, Letter Dt. 04.05.2013 over the third request letter Dt. 20.12.2012 to the S.C.I.O., A.P.I.C., Hyderabad.
At last the State Commission has been kind enough to react upon the pending, uncleared plea!
With all the hope of receiving the relevant and rightful information, I remain.
